Does the rev 1.3 still use the Alps tdlb7? Did you have a look at 
the readme? From the readme: 
This tuner module needs the file "Sc_main.mc" from the windows 
driver.It should be copied to "/usr/lib/DVB/driver/frontends". Or 
give the module parameter: mcfile="/PATH/FILENAME". The microcode 
from this file has to be loaded only once after a power on.
