Same here.
I managed to get a datasheet of an CD1516 tuner (cable version with loop 
throu) with i²c details. May be the TD1316 on the DVB-T budget is similar to 
control. No TDA10045 datasheet yet except the one from the philips site.
But, at work we have a i²c analyzer...  :)
