[linux-dvb] subtitles revisit

Hello,

There's been a bit more activity regarding dvb subtitles lately,
especially with a plugin for VDR being quite active.

Is this the only software being worked on?  I'd still like to
find a ETSI 300 743 standard decoder, for manually decoding
subtitles saved to disk (either as part of a TS, or as an
individual stream).

dvbsubs (part of the dvbtools - linuxstb.org project) doesn't seem
to have been updated.

Is there anything else I could be looking at using?
