[linux-dvb] looking for a cable

hello,

i have got a technotrend premium 1.6 dvb-s.
it has a 		A/V output 
and a		IR-sensor input
now i am looking for a cable to connect it to my tv (since now i use one that 
offers no sound)

i have been in 4 shops, but without success
where (in germany) can i buy such a cable ?
