[linux-dvb] Cannot compile DVB driver RH 8.0 Kernel 2.4.20

Hi,

I cannot compile the DVB driver due to following error:

I am using RedHat 8.0 with kernel 2.4.20-18.8, WinTV Nova

Are there any solutions to this problem?
