thank you for your answer, i resolved problems today
in skystar2.c there is an if (line 2269) that check revision number of flexcop chip and there are two rev:
1) FlexcopII = rev 130
2) FlexcopIIB= rev 195

so i change that if in order to accept also card with chip rev. 195 and now it works perfectly.
