AFAIK the analog-2.4 stuff is for analog-only TV cards based on
the saa7146. You don't need it for a DVB-C with analog module.

Looks good.
Last time I checked, there was some offset on the frequencies, i.e. my
.xawtvrc created with a Typhoon TV card does not work with the DVB-C
driver. This might be a simple thing to fix.
IIRC there is no sound yet.

Michael Hunold does it in his leisure. If he feels that there is a
significant demand for it, development might happen faster.
