[linux-dvb] Skystar2 patch for linuxtv-dvb-1.0.0-pre3

Hi,

here is my new Skystar2 patch for linuxtv-dvb-1.0.0-pre3.
I've substituted the mt312 frontend driver by Andreas Oberritter
for the original vp310 frontend driver.

My test system is an old Pentium 166MHz box running linux-2.4.20.
It is equipped with two DVB-S cards, a Technotrend Budget and a
Skystar2 (FlexCopII chip rev.130). Both cards work together without
problems.
