Except it can't work (sorry for the misinformation) because
VIDIOC_G_TUNER is not correctly implemented yet (signal strenght
is always reported as 0xffff). Thus Ctrl-Up behaves no different
than just Up.

Thanks. The garbage at the top is from Michael's vbi experiments. Will
be corrected soon.

My question was if it looks better in w2k.
IOW: Does our driver suck or does the analog module suck?
