$ cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@linuxtv.org:/cvs/linuxtv co dvb-kernel
$ cd dvb-kernel/build-2.4/
$ ./getlinks
$ make
$ ./insmod-bt8xx.sh

now you should have the driver loaded. Be sure to remove old driver 
versions before to avoid conflicts.
