It worked for me too, using a Nova-S - thanks for the patch.
I  debugged for 2 hours without finding the error. I assumed it
was  in  a  different  place  and thought the sanitiy checks in
urb.c  were  passed  by  the  ttusb->urb[i]  structures and the
error came from uhci... bad I looked in the wrong place.

Anyway, nice that it's working now.
