[linux-dvb] dvb-c installation problem

Hi!

I am trying to get a dvb-c card to work in linux using the v1.1.0 drivers, i
am using kernel
version 2.4.25-rc1 (mainly because i needed xfs and this is what they had on
their cvs).

insmod.sh loads the following modules

Module Size Used by Not tainted
ttpci-eeprom 1984 0

video-buf 11844 0 [saa7146_vv]

input 3616 0 [evdev]

But in dmesg this is all i get

Linux video capture interface: v1.00
saa7146: register extension 'budget dvb'.
saa7146: register extension 'budget_ci dvb'.
saa7146: register extension 'budget dvb /w video in'.

/dev/dvb/ is empty and devfs is enabled in the kernel.

lspci -v shows the following

00:0b.0 Multimedia controller: Philips Semiconductors SAA7146 (rev 01)
Subsystem: Technotrend Systemtechnik GmbH: Unknown device 0002
Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 32, IRQ 11
        Memory at e2800000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=512]

I really don't know what to do next and i probably just skipped something
stupid so any help
is appreciated.
