Not nescessary. I got it working using the FC kernel rpm.

All I had to do was to re-add EXPORT_SYMBOL(sys_close) to fs/open.c.
This symbol was removed by linux-2.6.0-compile.patch included in
kernel-2.6.2-1.85.src.rpm from FC rawhide. After rebuilding the kernel I
~ can finally watch DVB-T.
