here is the problem:

create symbolic link `include/linux/videodev2.h' 
to`/lib/modules/2.4.24/build/include/linux/videodev2.h'
------------------------------------------------------------

Where does (usr/)include/linux/videodev2.h come from?

If you don't know and don't need it by some particular reason, simply 
remove it, do a "make clean && make" again and all should be fine.
