[linux-dvb] empty /dev/dvb/ ?!

Hi,

I try to get a KNC1-card working with a 2.6.5-kernel. I have no problems
to load the modules (budget, stv0299) but there are no entries in /dev/dvb/...

What is missing ? Do I have to adjust the /etc/devfsd.conf ? I can't find a 
sample 
configuration file.
