[linux-dvb] Cannot compile drivers if using linux-2.6.7

I installed SUSE 9.1 and compiled the newest kernel (2.6.7)
I downoaded the CVS version of the driver
(# cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@linuxtv.org:/cvs/linuxtv co DVB)
and tried to compile it, but:
# make
(cd driver; make)
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/local/src/DVB_040626/driver'
Makefile:102: /lib/modules/2.6.7/build/Rules.make: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `/lib/modules/2.6.7/build/Rules.make'.  Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/src/DVB_040626/driver'
make: *** [dvb] Error 2

Any idea how to solve the problem?
