You have to download the CVS version for the Terratec Cinergy, because no 
drivers has been released with the necessary changes in them.

Instructions for downloading the CVS version is at the top of this page:

And the module you should checkout is dvb-kernel.

Since the changes mentioned above adds the PCIIDS for your card, any previous 
driver version will not even probe your card.
