[linux-dvb] /dev/dvb/* unusable after upgrade to kernel 2.6.8.1
||I've recently upgraded from kernel 2.6.7 to 2.6.8.1 to avoid some
issues, by other means not related with my skystar2 I think. Issuing
szap to tune a channel with the previous kernel worked fine but now I
got this message.
|debian:~# szap opensky -c /home/esa/.szap/channels.conf.old reading
channels from file '/home/esa/.szap/channels.conf.old' zapping to 551
'OpenSky': sat 2, frequency = 11262 MHz H, symbolrate 27500000, vpid =
0x0000, apid = 0x0000 using '/dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0' and
'/dev/dvb/adapter0/demux0' opening frontend failed: No such device
|Neither dvbnet work anymore... The kernel modules skystar2, mt312 and
dvb-core are loaded. Please, anyone has suggestions on what to do?
