[linux-dvb] DEC2000-T model 70013 ?
Hello everybody,
I just got my Hauppauge DEC2000-T box today.
I used Linux kernel 2.6.8.1, built the kernel with all
dvb stuff and the ttusb-dec module.
But when I plug in the usb cable, dmesg prints the following:
--- cut ---
usb 3-1: new full speed USB device using address 3
ttusb_dec_init_stb: unknown model returned by firmware (00070013) -
please report
usbcore: registered new driver ttusb-dec
--- cut ---
I looked into the kernelmodule, and a model 70013 wasn't listed.
I looked for the changes for the upcoming 2.6.9 kernel and there
were also no changes for that model.
I modified the kernelmodule that 70013 was taken as the DEC2000-T.
But (except the error message disappears of course) this comes up:
--- cut ---
usb 3-1: bulk timeout on ep4in
ttusb_dec_send_command: result bulk message failed: error -110
usbcore: registered new driver ttusb-dec
--- cut ---
I am using the new firmware 2.18.
I tried the T, S and the new T2 firmware. No file worked.
Any ideas how to go on ? Anyone using model 70013 ?
Do I have a chances to get this beast running ?
btw: I read on the Hauppauge website, that the 2.18 firmware
now support "new hardware-models". This seems to be such a
"new" model ?!
