Hi - I can't tag things in
/cvs/linuxtv/dvb-kernel/linux/drivers/media/dvb/dvb-core

I get the message:
cvs tag: [12:47:45] waiting for cvs's lock 
in /cvs/linuxtv/dvb-kernel/linux/drivers/media/dvb/dvb-core

There's also a problem in a subdir of analog-2.4 and maybe others.

Can someone fix please? I don't think its my end, this is a fresh checkout of 
HEAD.
