[linux-dvb] bootcode code source

Hi,

I thinks it could be better to write the bootcode source code somewhere 
(in Doc or as comment in av7110_hw.c).

I think the code come from gnufirm that is only in  Attic dir from cvs 
(but it seems there are some add in the binary version).
