[linux-dvb] xawtv - Suse 9.2 - frozen picture

Hello,
I use Suse 9.2, standard kernel, and want to use xawtv 3.94 with overlay 
from my Technotrend DVB-s Rev. 1.3 fullfeatured card.
Xawtv 4 runs with no problem (with softdecoding), but when I start xawtv 
3.94, I get a distorted frozen TV picture. When I choose in xawtv4 "dvb" 
instead of "ves9130" I get a standing picture after few seconds.
What could be the cause and how can I debug this?
In the log files I see no related error message.
