[linux-dvb] VDR not work with WinTV Nova-T 90002 (Conexant chip)?

Hi.

I'm still working through some issues with my new card - tried it (in it's
current state) with VDR and get this in /var/log/messages:

Jan  4 12:16:02 linux vdr[4238]: loading /fifty/video/sources.conf
Jan  4 12:16:02 linux vdr[4238]: loading /fifty/video/channels.conf
Jan  4 12:16:03 linux vdr[4238]: found 1 video device
Jan  4 12:16:03 linux vdr[4238]: setting primary device to 1
Jan  4 12:16:03 linux vdr[4238]: device 1 has no MPEG decoder


Does this mean this NovaT card will never work with VDR?

Can anyone suggest an alternative that :
-has a text/ascii-based control interface option
-can stream multiple multiplex streams from a single frequency simultaneously
-has a record option
