[linux-dvb] Re: B2C2 DVB CONFIGURATION ON 2.6.10 KERNEL
Dear list:
Very thanks again.
I ran MAKEDEV-DVB.sh script, this time not from
linux-dvb-1.1.1 package, but from
http://linuxtv.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/dvb-kernel/
(revision 1.2). I noted in this script the change
from 250 to 212. Directory tree in /dev/dvb appeared
to be created without problems once again. So, what
would it be next step to take for me, to finally
setup/use the card ?? It is completely necessary to
make the changes in /etc/modprobe.conf manually??
Niklas Peinecke was suggesting me to get an appropiate
channels.conf file (how can I get this ?? :-( ), and
also, gave me some instruction for being able to watch
the TV channel. But, please, note that I will not use
this card for anything related to TV, but for
satellite Internet (a single channel, I supose).
Very very thanks in advance.
Best regards.
Ricardo Soria.
