[mpeg2] Setting the audio format

In kfir.c in InitParams() you can change p->AudioFormat.
It is currently set to VT_KFIR_LAYER_II. VT_KFIR_LAYER_I is another
possible value. 
Layer 3 is not supported by the card and is normally not part of any 
VCD or SVCD standard.
