[mpeg2] what happened to visiontech

hi all,
recently changed one of the os on my media machine to win2k, and tried to 
find a driver for the kfir card, but ftp://ftp.visiontech-dml.com/ is not 
available any more...
anyone has an idea where to get the driver ?
