[mpeg2] win2k driver

hi all,
there used to be a kfir driver for win2k on the visiontech ftp server at
 ftp://ftp.visiontech-dml.com/pub/Win2000/KFir1/KFir1DrvDisk.zip
but visiontech is offline...
anyone got this on his / her disk ?
