[mpeg2] Broadcom KFIR2 datasheet or linux driver

Hi

I am currently hacking my Series 2 tivo (www.tivo.com) to try and get it to
support PAL for use in Australia (it currently only supports NTSC).

The series 2 Tivo uses the Broadcom KFIR2 7040 MPEG encoder and 7020
decoder.

Does anyone have access to the datasheet for either of these chips or can
you point me to the source of a linux driver (Is the KFIR2 similar enough to
the KFIR that the driver on linuxtv.org would help)

Failing this, I guess my options are
1) Find and disassemble a windows driver for the KFIR2 with PAL support
2) Trace I2C commands to the chips on a live Tivo and then try to work out
how to put it in PAL mode.  Hopefully it is not too different from the KFIR
commands
