I'm currently using the "latest greatest" CVS driver as of 2001-09-12,
and it works just fine. The only thing that needs to be patched is the
play_iframe() function in dvb.c (see ftp://ftp.cadsoft.de/pub/people/kls/vdr/dvb.c.diff).
