[vdr] vdr index file regenerating

Have some problems with regenerating vdr-index-files with the 2 versions of 
the little prog it just _seems_ to work, but later in the movie the replay of 
the recording stops (eventually on file-name changes?).

One can jump over such points, but it's completly impossible to do editings 
with such behaviour...

Yes, i converted the old av_pes files to ps-files via
"av_pes2ps" - they play fine and even fast forward etc. works, but then...
