I tried adding your timer definition to my timers.conf and set the system time back to
"Sep 29 20:29:00". Then I started VDR and let it run past the time where the timer had hit
on your system - but nothing happened.

Could you please try doing

  date -s "Sep 29 20:29:00"

before running VDR and see if the timer hits again at 20:30:37?
If it does, maybe I need to have your entire timers.conf file to
recreate the situation here. If it does not happen again, we'll
need to further observe this...
