Yes.
You can use the web EPG at http://tvtv.de to program VDR.

Once configured, everything works automatically, so all
you have to do to program a film into vdr is to click on
"Merken" in the web EPG.

Check out epg2timers in the Tools subdirectory of your
VDR installation.
