[vdr] MPlayer <-> VDR, first try

Hi,
a first version of a MPlayer <-> VDR integration is available.
It's a quick and dirty hack. Consider this alpha, I don't have
MPlayer installed and it's completely untested...

For the moment the filename to play is hardcoded at menu.c line
2341. When you select MPlayer from the main menu, a skript called
mplayer.sh is called with the filename as argument (use
commandline option -M to change skript name). The skript has to
call MPlayer with all the necessary options.

Probably it will not work if you have set you primary DVB to
something else than the first card (/dev/ost/video0). This can be
fixed later.

A directory browser to select the filename can be added later,
too.
