As you have identified, there are two types of Radio stations broadcasting on 
Astra 19.2E.

The first type are "real" radio stations - i.e. they have their own Service 
ID.

There are then other services (e.g. the Spanish Canal Satelite) which 
broadcast radio stations as alternative audio streams within the same 
service.  Therefore, up to 30 radio stations will all share the same service 
ID in channels.conf.
