[vdr] Left Right Buttons

Hi list,

I noticed, that the Left and Right buttons are not assigned to any action,
when you are watching and you are in no menu. Would be great Klaus, if you
could make it, that left is the Channels menu and right program. Would be
great too, if you could change this in the setup menu. So every one can
assign any action  to left and right.
