[vdr] Again changes in channel-Settings

Hi,

last Saturday the PW channel-settings for "Bundesliga" had changed again
:-(
The week before there was some F1-event at the same time, so hopefully
this may be the final ones.

Please change the 'Conditional Access'-Parameter :2: regarding your
needs.
