[vdr] Replay without DVB Card under Linux or win

Hello, i tried to play recorded Films under Win with MPEG2 Player 1.35
(beta) from ELECARD.
It works but no way to rewind or fastforward, or to jump to a other
position.

Is there a programm that can replay and rw/ff under Linux/win without a
DVB Card??
This would make it easier to whatch recordings if you are in Holyday or
so.
