[vdr] kvdr-0.4 released

Starting from this version kvdr does handle the overlay itself, giving
(hopefully) less problems and more speed...

It requires vdr >=0.98 (which will probably be released in the evening), 
because vdr does'nt have to open the /dev/video
(vdr will however be able to grab images if kvdr is not connected)

It allow's you to zap through your video-devices on the fly pressing "Z",
of course the channels on the additional overlays can not be changed by kvdr, 
they will show what vdr has set up on them. And it must be "full-featured" 
dvb-cards.

Later versions might do "multi-picture" display at once (and given enough 
audiio inputs at your soundcard even choosing), but for now...

PS: I still have the problem, that "show window content during moving" does 
not work for KDE>=2.1 as it did with KDE2.0 and still does (with the same 
binary!) under WMaker. Would be nice to hear some comments on this...
