[vdr] vdr 0.98 DVD A/V syncing

Hi all,

I believe that i finaly found the reason for the DVD A/V syncing 
problems. An attempt for a fix can be found at:

I'm currently not at home, that means i can't verify my suspicion or 
test the patch. Please report any success or failure ASAP.
