[vdr] Channels on vdr

I have problems by using the channels generated from  
http://www.dxandy.de/cgi-bin/dvbchan.pl with Premiere World.

I use vdr-0.97 and dvb from cvs-tree with an irdeto 4.7 se.

In the channels.conf from vdr are the follow settings:

PREMIERE 1:11798:h:0:27500:511:512:1:10
PREMIERE 2:11798:h:0:27500:1791:1792:1:11
PREMIERE 3:11798:h:0:27500:2303:2304:1:43

and in the conf generated by the perl-script from dxandy:

PREMIERE MOVIE 1:11797:h:0:27500:8191:8191:1:10
PREMIERE MOVIE 2:11797:h:0:27500:8191:8191:1:11
PREMIERE MOVIE 3:11797:h:0:27500:8191:8191:1:43

As you see the PID's (Video & Audio) are differend (Freq and name also, but 
this is not a problem). If i use the settings from dxandy all Premiere World 
channels view as a black screen without sound. When i edit the PID's in the 
new conf manually to the PID from the vdr conf, all channels are ok. Is this 
a bug in the perl script from dxandy or what going wrong?

And if this a bug, where can i get the up-to-date settings for astra 
otherwise?
