these are not correct. I think I remeber someone posted a while 
ago that dxandy wasn't very cooperative with updating his script to 
the current format.

I wonder if this does matter ? What happens in the tuning code 
when you choose a frequency 11797 instead of 11798 ?
There are some more examples in channels.conf which are off by 
one.

I'm going to send some updates to the channels.conf to Klaus.
Some channels are dead some have changed.
