[vdr] updates for channels.conf

This is a list of changes to the channel.conf. Klaus could you please
update the list included in your excellent vdr.

These are the first things I found out. Unfortunately i can't produce a
diff file because my channel.conf does look a bit different.
I'd like to have a second go (there are more wrong channels) when
these changes are incooporated.
