[vdr] vdr-0.98 DVD audio syncing - final solution

Hi @all,

Believe it or not, i have found a *simple* solution for the dreaded DVD 
audio sync problem. The patch can be found at:

@Klaus: please include in next vdr version

This patch also includes the DVD MPEG audio fix and a small cleanup for 
the AC3toPCM::Get() methode.
