[vdr] MP3 extention pre release

Hi,
you will find right now a pre3 release at my download
directory.

News:
-Some effort to make the decoder more robust against small (even
 zero length), non-mp3 files.
-Fixed bug, where memory outside the mmaped file was accessed.
-Reduced cpu load in decoder by removing one memory to memory
 copy layer.
-Fixed the file handle code for files >2GB (signed-unsigned).
-Fixed rewinding at the beginning of a song.

You will find a update patch from pre2 to pre3 at the download
directory, too.
