Hi all,
I have two new experimantal patches for vdr available.
http://www.cs.uni-magdeburg.de/~aschultz/dvd/vdr-0.98-spu2.diff.gz:
This patch added subtitles decoding for DVD's to vdr. SubTitles can not
be selected or disabled at the moment.

*FULL* (yes i said *full*), DVD navigation support for VDR. Just press
Menu-5 and your DVD will start into the Main menu.
Contains spu2 patch, some features are still missing, incomplete or
simply brocken, but you can now start using your vdr box like a normal
DVD player. This patch is currently not correctly decoding the menue SPU
information, the menues will therefore look a bit strange. Also
everything that uses still pictures does not work at all.
DVD's i tried so far:
* Matrix
- main menue is ok
- language selection is brocken (still pictures)
- bonus track selection is brocken (still's)
* FarScape
- main menue is ok
- bonus is brocken (still's)

The diff between the above two patches.
Have fun
Andreas
