[vdr] 2nd technology preview - DVD subtiles & navigation

Hi all,

I have a new experimantal version of the DVD navigation patch.

This version now decodes menue highlight colors correctly (no more black 
bars) and fixes (most of) the crashes when skipping chapters.

known issues/todo:
  - still picture base menues are not operational
  - video/audio distortions at the end of menu loops
  - direct menu access, audio track and subtitles selction menu access
    not implemented
  - user operations are not surpressed as directed by the DVD (this
    especialy applies to surpressing chapter skip's in menues)

known issues - unlikely to be fixed
  - menue spu decoding uses *only* highlighted/button area, should use
    full SPU area
