[vdr] VideoCD Patch

...after a long weekend I uploaded a first patch to replay VCDs/SVCDs in
VDR which can be found at:

    http://www.heiligenmann.de/download/vdr-0.98-vcd.diff

Compile with 'make VCD=1 [other params...]'

Features so far:
 - adds a menu 'VideoCD' which lists CD tracks to select
 - Play/Pause/Stop are implemented, no trickmodes yet
 - fancier (S)VCD stuff like menus etc. still missing
