Hi all,
The -nav3 patch had some minor problems with older gcc versions (thanks
to Martin Hammerschmid for testing).
An update version is available at:
http://www.cs.uni-magdeburg.de/~aschultz/dvd/vdr-0.99pre1-nav4.diff.gz
changes to -nav2:
- limited support for still picture based menues
- direct access to (some) menues
known issues/todo:
- video/audio distortions at the end of menu loops
- audio track and subtitles selction menu access
not fully implemented
- user operations are not surpressed as directed by the DVD (this
especialy applies to surpressing chapter skip's in menues)
The current menue spu decoding uses *only* highlighted button area, it
should use full SPU area. This causes problems with certain types of
menue (e.g., "Matrix"->Language->SubTitles).
Have fun
Andreas
