[vdr] Re: MPlayer sound problems (not A/V sync)

Hi,

I got the same problem!

I believe the problem is "-ao mpegpes" what seems to only support 48khz
audio. In addition it tries to fit the audio/video-rate so that the
stammering depends on the framerate, too.

I´ve found a 25fps-divx with 48khz-audio and it works very well.

A possible solution would be to re-encode the audio to 48khz or just wait
till the mpegpes-driver supports other audio-bitrates.

Mike
