That "time warp check" was put in when we were trying to find out why some
timers started late or at random times. Meanwhile it has turned out that this
was due to the not thread-safe 'localtime()' function, which has been fixed
in VDR 0.97. Since there have been no reports of wrong timer starts since then
(at least none that I know of) I will probably remove this "time warp check"
in the next version, anyway.
